Crypto can lose money. 8% a month is a contractual term, not a deposit. Read this before you call the desk.

Read this before you call

Crypto and discretionary trading can lose money. An 8% monthly contractual rate is the term the house offers in a signed plan — it is not a bank deposit, not a guaranteed government security, and not a promise that every future contract will look the same.

Not a public offer

Nothing on this website is a public offer of securities, a prospectus, or a collective investment scheme. Plans are private contracts, signed with your lawyer, a witness, and next of kin.

Not a bank, not an exchange

Erudites is a private capital desk. There is no deposit account, no card, and no online order book. Buying and selling crypto is peer to peer, in person, at a rate agreed in the room — never posted here.

What can go wrong

Markets move. Counterparties fail. Wallets are mistyped. Mobile-money rails halt. Liquidity disappears. A sitting can be delayed or declined. Past payouts do not guarantee the next quarter.

Your work

Bring counsel. Read the contract. Name next of kin. Verify addresses in the room. Do not send crypto or shillings because a page on this site showed a number.

Letters and the Academy

Letters are not signals. The Academy teaches literacy, not a method that is promised to pay 8%. Neither is a substitute for a signed plan, and neither is advice to transact.

If you cannot bear the loss

Do not sit the desk. The house would rather decline a conversation than sit a book that cannot take a bad quarter.

Still a question?

Call or write. Legal pages are not a substitute for a sitting.
