How this site treats what you type, what stays on your device, and how a message actually reaches the Kampala desk.

What we collect

The house sits in person. We do not run an account system on this website. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising pixels.

What stays on your device

This site may store a theme preference, a note that the preloader has already run this session, and — if you use the contact form — a draft of that message in this browser. Those items live on your device. They are not an account with us.

How a message reaches the desk

Call, WhatsApp, or the numbers published on this site. The contact form keeps a copy on this device so you can send another; it is not a ticket and not a mailbox we sit all day. If the matter is live, call.

When we sit

If we take a conversation, we will hold the identity, amounts, wallet, or mobile-money details needed to sit a contract or a conversion — as any desk must. That is a sitting, not a website database.

Prices and feeds

The ticker may request public market data from third parties (for example CoinGecko or Binance). Those services have their own terms. A failed feed does not change any contract.

Children

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly sit a plan with a minor.

Ask us

Questions about these practices: call or WhatsApp the desk, or write from Contact. We will not invent a privacy portal.

The desk

Still a question?

Call or write. Legal pages are not a substitute for a sitting.
